Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI)

Looking for a job in exotic countries doing what you love and helping people change their lives? Then this is for you! The Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) program is one of two separate sections of PADI’s Instructor Development Course (IDC)—the core of PADI Instructor training. The first portion is the Assistant Instructor course followed by the Open Water Scuba Instructor program. The OWSI program can be done in a minimum of four days. But we spread it out over more days to ensure you are OK with everything. The course introduces you to the entire PADI System of diver education and concentrates on additional development of your abilities as a professional scuba diving educator.

The whole IDC (AI + OWSI) in DJL is 15 days (instead of the usual 7 days). These more days mean more personal time with the Instructor to learn real life training tips and techniques. Also more time means we can go over any problems you guys may have until we are certain you are all right. Also more importantly it means more free-dives! This also includes 2 days prep course and 2 days Mock IE.
